How it works
You send your customer a link to the pick up app with your confirmation. Upon arrival they open the app and schedule their pick up.
Upon arrival, the app guides the customer to the pick up meeting location and the customer requests the shuttle
A new entry is logged in the central reservations system. The shuttle driver is notified and the customer tracks the approaching shuttle on the app.
The customer is picked up and arrives relaxed at your depot to complete the rental paperwork.
